Forgiveness is a powerful force that can bring healing and restoration to relationships. When we forgive others, we also open ourselves up to receive forgiveness from God. Holding onto grudges and resentment only causes us harm in the long run, but when we choose to forgive, we release ourselves from the burden of anger and bitterness.
